CRPS (RSD) is ranked as the most painful form of chronic pain that exists today by the McGill Pain Index.
American RSDHope is a National non-profit organization dedicated to increasing awareness of Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, or CRPS, formerly known as Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Syndrome, RSDS.
American RSDHope was officially formed in April of 1995 by Bob Orsini, Lynne Orsini, and Keith Orsini to provide support, information, and education to the millions of CRPS patients across the United States and beyond: as well as to their loved ones, friends, caretakers, and Medical Professionals: and to educate the General Public about the disease.
We had been meeting in chat-rooms across the internet starting in late 1993 even before we built our first website in 1994. That website eventually had over 13.7 Million Visitors as of June 2011. We have now moved on to our new and improved website here and begun the next chapter in the story. You can learn more about us, our wonderful Board of Directors, and the organization in the About Usdrop-down menu above. If you would like a copy of the National CRPS Awareness ribbon, shown above, to display on your website, facebook page, twitter account, etc., simply email us and we will send you a copy to display! You can link it back to our home page here and educate the nation about CRPS!
