Remembering
Remembering those who make it all happen

This Rememberance page is to give credit and recognition to people who make everything we do, HAPPEN!

These are also people who do these things without any thought of reward or recognition or hesitation. But I wanted you to know who some of them are.

Please pray, in your own way, for them as they work tirelessly on the behalf of RSD Patients and their loved ones all over the world.

American RSDHope

Bob and Lynne Orsini, or Mom and Dad O.

First and foremost, this page is dedicated to my parents, Bob and Lynne Orsini

Whose unending dedication to RSD patients and their loved ones is amazing. There would NOT BE a American RSDHope at all , without them.

I feel extremely fortunate to know them as people, friends, and most of all, my Parents. I have seen them work for hours upon hours on the computer, sending out information packets, and then spending their nights talking to distressed parents and distraught patients. Never once hesitating no matter how tired they were or what pain they themselves were in.

They are two truly remarkable people!

As most of you know we lost my Dad to cancer on July 15th, 2004. He was the founder of this group and he saved many lives with his late night phone calls and without the infusions of cash and blood sweat and tears, there would not be an RSDHope here now to help anyone. To him we all owe a debt of deep gratitude and love.

And we owe it to him to watch over Mom and shower her with lots of love as she continues to give all of herself to all of you. She pours herself into this organization and no matter what time of day or night if somone needs her she is there. She is an amazing woman. Between them they raised five kids and set examples we are hard pressed to follow but every day aspire to.

Peace, Keith

Karen (Orsini) Toner

Karen had the toughest job of all. Stepping into Dad's shoes, and his chair. She had to take his place in the office handling the other half of the office and helping Mom run the organization's multitude of paperwork. A larger task than you could imagine, not just physically but emotionally.

If it weren't for Karen's ability to do so I am not sure if RSDHope would have been able to continue as an Organization. she brought much needed expertise at a time when we needed it as well as a steadying hand and a calming influence to Mom as she has traveled a very difficult road without Dad. She has been there every morning despite suffering from a severe case of Multiple Sclerosis and dealing with her own pain.

I feel so blessed to have her as a sister. I have been blessed in this life with a wonderful and supportive family, they have always been there for me and that isn't easy to do with an RSD patient as all of you know.

Peace, Keith

Norman Hennessy

Norman is the most unseen person on this website and yet without him, this would not even be possible.

He is our Webmaster. He has been there since we started in late 1996.

He donates all his time to our cause, and let me tell you, we demand a lot of it. Never once has he hesititated when something needed to be done.

Without him there would be no website.

I thank him for his unending help on behalf of everyone of the Millions of patients/loved ones who have visited this site.

Norman, you can never know what it feels like to an individual to read for the first time the symptoms on this site and know they are NOT crazy and most importantly, that they are NOT alone. Thank you my friend.

Peace, Keith American RSDHope

Ron and Lynn

Ron and Lynn Sheriff's are two member's of our Board of Director's who have helped us considerably over the years, all behind the scenes.

What? People not named Orsini on the Board? Amazing huh?

Actually they are my Godparents and Ron is my Mom's brother.

When asked to get involved in our little band of merry souls they didn't hesitate and they have been a huge help, especially at our Conferences! As well as doing everything from calling CRPS/RSDS patients, passing out CRPS/RSDS information, and even driving patients to their Drs appointments!

As I have said many times, I am blessed with an amazing family.

Peace, Keith

Volunteers

I want to make sure and thank the many volunteers out there.

We have an incredible array of volunteers across the USA who do everything from make copies to raise funds for our Research fund to host Awareness Days at their Schools and Towns. They do too many things to mention, let's just say they help keep us afloat. Simply take a look through our website and you will see them scattered throughout the programs we do.

From all of us, thank you !!!!!!!
