Call it what you like, the actual name is " Neurological Associates Four F’s Diet "and there is only one place I have ever seen such a diet. It is a very well explained, detailed, studied diet with all of the foods you should and shouldn't eat clearly spelled out. We don't have it here on the website but you can see it by visiting FOUR F'S DIET.

It is an excellent diet and explains which foods have a direct impact on our pain. In other words, which foods can make our pain worse and which can ease our pain. It is the website of Doctor Hooshang Hooshmand. Not everyone is a fan of all of Dr Hooshmand's work, just like some of the other big names in the CRPS Medical Community. Not everyone is going to like them or agree with what they publish. But he was a brilliant man and way ahead of his time in his research and work regarding RSD/CRPS. 

We get so many requests for this Diet we wanted to let you make the decision. So while you are on his website, poke around his section on "RSD Puzzles" in the second column. There are some excellent articles there, well researched and written on all aspects of CRPS. I think the more you read, the more you will see how far ahead of his time he was. He was a brilliant Doctor and a very caring man. The medical and specifically the CRPS community misses him greatly.
