American RSDHope is a National 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization. We do not have a staff of hundreds to handle all the requests we get but are blessed with a small handful of very dedicated volunteers, so please allow a little extra time for us to reply to your request

It would save us considerable and much needed, time if, BEFORE you fill out the form below, you would do the following:

1. Before you send us your questions, please check the web site, especially the medical sections to see if it is covered there. We even have a SEARCH box you can use to search for particular words. With the help of some wonderful patients and Drs we have tried to provide a great deal of information within the Web Page itself and continually upgrade it to answer new questions that arise so you can get the information instantly and don't have to wait for a reply! It just requires a little time by you to save a lot of time by us. If you go to the SITE MAP first it will show you all the many areas and topics available on the site.
2. Due to the large volume of email we receive, when you place your request we ask that you please give us a few days to a week to respond to it. We realize how desperate many of you are for the information and contacts you are requesting, but rest assured we will get to all of them as fast as we can. Thank you for your patience.
3. If you are able to, please help us to reach others with our information via donations, pass the word to your family and friends, have a fundraising event, remember us in your Will, talk to your Company about matching donations, check with your local Supermarkets about putting aside a month's worth of bottle collections, etc. Check our special sections on the website for Fundraising and donation programs and ideas, share yours with us! Remember, we are a registered 501 (c)(3) non-profit Corporation and all donations are tax-deductible.
4. We do not have Dues or Membership Fees at American RSDHope.
5. If you are inquiring about meetings or conferences please go to the button marked Upcoming Conferences. If you are having one of your own or a Special Speaker or Meeting, send us the information and we will post it in that section.
6. This is not a listserv or Bulletin Board. Submitting this form sends your comment only to us, not to anyone else.
