National RSD / CRPS Awareness Month - NOVEMBER 2012

Start your planning now! What do you and/or your group plan on doing this year for National CRPS Awareness Month 2012? 

This will be the eighth year we will be celebrating November as national CRPS Awareness month and each year more and more people and groups have gotten involved. Start thinking about ideas now, talk about them in your groups meetings, in your chat rooms, listservs, facebook groups, tweets, etc. 

How can we raise even more awareness of our disease this year? How can we use November as a jumping off point to make 2013 the year of CRPS? To truly put this disease on the map? So no one will have to go to a Dr and come away with more questions than answers; feel alone, not believed, and unheard; struggle to get medical help, SSD, WC, or the most basic of pain relief; or simply be listened to and promptly treated? 

One person can make a difference, one voice can be heard, one letter written can be read but many people and many voices and many letters can truly move mountains. And we do have a mountain to move.
